We arrived at 11:30 and waited for around 20 minutes to be seated (a table for 5). The service is very prompt and efficient! All the staffs are friendly and helpful. The seating area is comfortable, not too crowded which we have at least not an awkward closed distance between the tables. The flat white & matcha latte were great. The portion isn’t big but it’s enough for a brunch and have a cup of tea later on. Also, we tried out different buns and they are all delicious. For the egg bun, the egg was cooked nicely which the texture tastes just like pudding. The bun and sourdough were slightly toasted which added some extra texture. (*´∇`*) The environment is relaxing, toilets are clean. We will definitely be visiting again! :)

We, a Japanese couple, had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff were very kind to us tourists, and the food and drink were absolutely delicious, leaving us completely impressed! We'd like to thank the female staff with a nose piercing who gave us detailed information about Manchester city ! We'll definitely visit again when we move to the UK in a few years!

The environment at Pollen Cafe is light, calm, and aesthetically pleasing—perfect for a relaxing break or getting some work done. There’s reliable Wi-Fi and plenty of power sockets, and I noticed many people using the space as a workspace. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I tried both the iced long black and the regular long black; the coffee was decent. I also had the egg bun—really enjoyed the soufflé-style egg, though the bread itself was pretty average. They offer a wide selection of pastries and brunch items, which looked quite appealing. Overall, a nice spot to work or unwind with a coffee.

Their Croissants were one of the best I tried. They heated up for us, and it was unfortunately crispy that you could feel the layers one by one collapsed in your bite. The cheesecake was so creamy and not too sweet with a sense of salt. The egg mayo was a balanced breakfast, piles of lettuce and egs
