Ordered on Uber Eats. Portions of Wings, both noodle bowls and prawn toast were small. Tasteless and dry and had to add my own hoisin sauce even though there was meant to be a sweet chilli glaze there wasn’t. Binned it as inedible. Never ordering from here again. Love yous when it was on Lark Lane. Shocking now.

Love this chippy, totally vegan. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. We've been a few times now even though it's quite far from our house we dont mind the drive for good food and friendly service

It's just not great. Ordered a chicken and Donner kebab with optional chips for an extra fee. 80% of my kebab was chips with some of the chicken on top and no Donner at all . How little would I have got if I didn't buy the chips also. Also a tortilla wrap isn't the same as flat bread. I didnt want a chip burrito. I wanted a chicken and Donner kebab on flat bread. Went to this place when it first opened and I didn't rate it but they were busy and new so I figured they were overwhelmed maybe but it's been a few years now and it was empty so just no excuse for the lack of quality. I've been vegan for 10 years now and as nice as it is to have options now this place won't be an option for me again.

Recently moved back to liverpool and ordered woo tan via uber eats from down the hatch. I used to love woo when it was on lark lane. I was shocked at the poor quality food was compared to how it used to be. Prawn toast was soggy from the grease and the chicken noodles was mainly noodles and sauce, very little veg and vegan chicken. Binned the prawn toast as it just looked gross. Absolutely gutted. I thought maybe this would be a one-off but judging from the recent reviews it appears the food has gone a bit down hill. Hopefully the owners review these comments and make some changes!
