Ordered a wrap meal but clicked plain by mistake, called the staff to see if it could be changed to spicy (would have been fine if no, it was my fault) the staff were really polite and even in unwrapped and re wrapped my order to action my amendments. Food was good and staff were lovely despite me being a pain.

Today I landed to VIRGINIA Fried Chicken I got three-piece chicken and chips spicy two ties and one chicken breast then I was waiting for my order then I received my food after 5 minutes then I always ask for a bag once I finish then I can put the rubbish in the bag, I ask the person to give me the bag I used my manners as always he was very rude and ignorant he didn't give the food bag to put my rubbish in its the person I took the photo of the person then you know who is it then my food was going everywhere you can see the pictures. They doesn't care about atmosphere or customer service I had bad experiences bad service I don't recommend anyone going here they charge you for sources.

Just called up an hour ago and this wonderful lad on the phone called Sameer I believe helped me choosing my order. He was kind, respectful, and patient while I was deciding on what to get. Food was also amazing I would recommend the spicy tower burger meal and their spicy portion of strips. 10/10 will definitely order again

Service was good but food was average. Bought the spicy dipped burger which included hash brown and onion rings. Requested to have the onion rings separate but this was not done. Burger was a bit dry and lacking mayonnaise. Overall, would only go if no other option.
