I visited Vero Moderno with a friend, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. The highlight of the evening was without a doubt, the margarita cocktails. I've had my fair share over the years, but this one was hands down the best I’ve ever had—perfectly balanced, refreshingly zesty, and served with finesse. It was one of those drinks that you remember long after the last sip. What truly elevated the night, though, was the outstanding service. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. From helpful recommendations to impeccable timing, everything ran smoothly and made us feel incredibly welcome. The food was great, the service was outstanding as usual, the atmosphere was warm and comfortable x our waiter was called “JOSUE” and was very good with the children, he took our order straight away once we decided what we was having, and was attentive bringing drinks and food promptly

Other half had been here with friends and was impressed, so had to visit. Staff very friendly and remembered other half from last visit. Had garlic bread between us for starter which was half cheese and tomato, also a main and dessert each. Other half had a special on at the time Beef Wellington, said was lovely.

Had a great night. Cosy atmosphere, I love the music! The food was amazing, the pasta was homemade and really savoury. Big portions too. The owner was so accommodating and very kind, the staff members were friendly. Thank you, will definitely recommend. Such a superb restaurant that you should not miss when you visit Manchester.
