Straight Outta Nashville

I recently tried **Straight Outta Nashville**, and their loaded fries were absolutely amazing! The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, making each bite a delight. I've also sampled their other dishes before and can say they consistently offer delicious options. I think it's one of the best loaded fries I've ever had. If you're looking for great takeout food, this place is definitely worth a visit.

For those who haven't visited. You must go to the reception area and place your order and provide vehicle registration as once the food is made they will drop it off to your car.

Food portions weren't impressive for 10.00 for loaded fries and burgers that didn't seem to be made with love. The tenders were flavourful and spicy.

Overall disappointed and won't be returning. Had to wait almost 30 mins for food. We have seen food arrive for customers who came after us. Our order wasn't big at all.

Many other places have similar food at a better quality and more reasonably priced.

Plus its a sketchy area to park your vehicle and a lot of illegal substance was being used. Not so friendly for families.

So I came to visit this today after recommendation by a close friend. I arrived 10 mins before it opened to scan the menu and know what we will be ordering.
I was told it was cash only (how is this still a thing)!!! No bank transfer and no FREE cash machines near by, so had to drive away bit of distance to find one! Before I left I placed my order expecting it to be ready when I returned with the cash! What happens when I come back? You all have guessed right! They did not start to make the order until they received the cash and on top of this 3 or 4 orders went ahead of me resulting in a further 25mins wait! Shambles and idiotic customer service! Least to say none of the guys were enthusiastic or welcoming.

Anyways onto the food, it was bang average. The loaded fries people rave about were drenched with sauce and on the salty side! The smash burger was also salty and the kids meal had a hair found on top of the chicken!
Never again!

Dark kitchen with great food and great service. Even though it’s busy the foods come out to you really quick. The portion for loaded fries is massive and enough for 2 people to share. The burger is juicy, well seasoned and the cheese sauce always hits the spot.
