This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff seemed completely untrained - unable to take a simple order or understand what we were saying. We were served food without any cutlery and had to go out of our way just to get their attention to bring it over. Some items we ordered were missing, and even after pointing it out, it never arrived. To make matters worse, the food we did receive didn’t even match the menu descriptions. For instance, who serves lamb shank on top of mashed potatoes? Where on the menus does it say that. They also sat a group of three girls right next to us, even though there were multiple empty tables available throughout the restaurant. The tables were so close together they might as well have been one long shared table - absolutely no space or privacy. To make it worse, the group was practically screaming in our ears the whole time. It’s just common sense to space customers out when there’s room, and in this case, there clearly was. I also ordered a cola, which turned out to be the flattest, most lifeless drink I’ve ever tasted. To be fair, the starter was actually good - the lamb chops were tasty. But everything else, from the service to the rest of the food, was extremely disappointing. Avoid at all cost.

Not the best experience at what is usually a reliable steak place. Unfortunately, the service really let it down this time. My order was taken incorrectly – I asked for my usual steak and chicken mix (which I’ve ordered many times before), but the waiter brought me chicken and lamb instead, then made it seem like the mistake was mine. The lamb was so tough it was hardly chewable. Eventually, they did bring some steak to try and rectify the situation. I also ordered Yorkshire puddings and was told each portion comes with two. When four tiny ones arrived, I assumed they had added a couple extra since they were so small. Only when the bill came did I realise I had been charged for two portions I never ordered. When I queried this, the response was simply “you ordered them so you have to pay” – which left a sour taste after an already disappointing meal. I left feeling frustrated and let down. Sadly, I won’t be returning in a hurry.

Sizzling Pallette offers a fantastic dining experience with top-notch service and mouthwatering food. We tried the Peri Peri sizzler, and it did not disappoint—full of bold flavour, perfectly cooked, and served piping hot! Definitely recommend checking it out!

Screamed at me to yell because my son had vomited on the tables. Completely horrible, undercooked meat which gave me Salmonella for days! Please try and improve. Also took a whole 2 hours just for some steak and a few curries? There was only 3 people. I can’t lie the curries were pretty tasty, but that’s all about it.
