Last minute decision as was craving a curry, and this place did not disappoint! Firstly I can not emphasise enough about the hospitality here, staff were amazing, friendly and so attentive, they really go out of their way for you :). A vibrant busy restaurant, with authentic and delicious food. Paneer palak was beautifully cooked. The mojitos were divine and the complementary rasmali and jalebi were such a pleasant touch at the end. Absolutely fantastic experience and great value for money , will definitely be returning !

Still the most authentic curry on wilmslow Road in my opinion. My family have visited this restaurant over 3 generations since its doors opened and it never disappoints!

I’ve been to Sanaam’s a few times now, and the food never lets you down! The Asian curries and starters are absolutely brilliant – full of flavour and always fresh. The steaks are nicely done, and the chicken pasta is a big hit too. Kids’ meals, however, could use improvement – the nuggets and burgers feel like frozen cash-and-carry quality, which doesn’t match the standard of the rest of the food. It’s a bit of a letdown if you’re dining with children. Prices for food are very reasonable, which makes it great value overall. But drinks are way overpriced – charging so much for cans with no free water on the table felt excessive. Still, for the quality of the main dishes, I’d definitely recommend it. Just be prepared to pay a premium if you’re thirsty!

Amazing experience as always in Sanam, the food was delicious. I highly reccomend the mixed grill. All the staff were very professional and kind. One of the oldest restaurants on the road, well worth the trip!
