We have decided to try the Salt & Pepper in Manchester. First impressions, the place was spacious, plenty of seats and well-ventilated. There is a big menu when entering the restaurant to give customers an idea about the food they are offering which is a big plus. Staff were friendly. We ordered the Salt & Pepper Half and half with Rice and Chips and the Sticky Chicken. Portion is big and the flavour was tasty. Chips were crispy and the food is served warn. Unlimited sauces were available in the counter for dine in customers (4 sauces to choose from). The price is reasonable which we spend £22 or something which includes the drinks. Orders come quickly as well which is good when you are in a rush! Overall experience was excellent, food is highly recommended. It is a perfect food after a night out and will satisfy cravings. 💯

Recent trip to Manchester and this was on my list of places to eat at. It was the first stop and was honestly the best, I can't wait to come back. I came for the loaded hash browns but ordered a fake chicken box with half rice and half chips. Honestly, one of the best fast food I've had all year! The fact there were a couple veggie options was already a win but the fake chicken was done so well. The lemon mayo was a beautiful pallet cleanser for the saltiness of the food. The loaded hash browns are 100% worth the money, incredible taste. Rice was nice and sticky and the chips had a lovely seasoning on. 10/10 will be back. (Make sure you get a drink or two because it's quite salty!)

Absolutely unreal food from Salt & Pepper Manchester – every single dish was packed with flavour. The salt & pepper hash browns are next level, honestly some of the best we’ve had – crispy, spicy, and addictive. We ordered the half-and-half mix box with salt & pepper chips and chicken, boiled rice, and sticky beef, and it was spot on. Generous portions, loads of flavour, and perfectly cooked. The salt & pepper king prawns were also super tasty – fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked just right.

Sooo overrated. The chicken is so chewy and hard. My jaw actually hurt from chewing. Now, the surf and turf box is good. I would recommend HOWEVER, taking into consideration the pricing of the food, this place really isn’t all that. The food would taste better if it was cheaper because you’d actually get what you were paying for but I think people just come here because it’s conveniently placed.

I’ve been coming to salt and pepper since it was in the Arndale. I can appreciate prices have doubled however the standard of food has majorly dropped. The sticky beef is now bland compared to what it used to be and definitely isn’t the same recipe, the portion size is also a lot smaller. There are also a lot of fruit flies flying round the restaurant which is a bit off putting. The staff are always super friendly and nice.
