Absolutely amazing fast food place! I had heard about it and wanted to come here for ages. The staff were absolutely lovely - they were very polite and nice, and even gave us a free burger after giving me the wrong burger! Noor, especially, was so so nice and kind - she made my experience the best!!!! The burgers themselves are incredible - the chicken is so nice and crispy, and the smash burgers are divine. They're so juicy yet crispy on the edges, absolutely amazing! Will definitely be coming here again, as the value for money is most certainly worth it!

I visited for a quick meal after a flight and wasn't disappointed. A double burger meal deal costs £9.70 which I'm happy to pay.

I’ve just had one of the best meals of my life. I ordered the wrong burger by mistake but was still so happy with it! We got the hungry box and for £24.99 you get so much. The burgers were massive and everything incredible. Can’t wait to get it again. Nothing wrong with the jalapeños just didn’t want too many

The value for money here is great, I got the Rounders beef burger meal & the apple pie biscoff ice cream. Both were great & I will definitely be back for more. The food is fantastic & the customer service here is polite & bubbly, thank you to our server Noor especially, she was very nice & kind. Definitely recommend eating here!

Absolutely Pathetic customer Service, they don’t know how to speak to a customer, missed the fries with the meal and no forks at all? No sauce which was ridiculous. Spoiled my whole mood. I called them to complain non-serious behaviour by the girl and the boy and they dropped the call. They wanted to compensate me with the free food but asked me to sent my driver and I pay him again for the delivery? What’s the point? Wouldn’t recommend to anyone:) Ps: Ordered these fries separately and ate some of them cause I was hungry. As far as direct reaching out is concerned, I did call them and nothing was done rather than just lame excuses!
