SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE – RUDE STAFF & RIP-OFF PRICES I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable on every level. We came here hoping to relax, but instead we were treated with complete disrespect. We asked for a tub of water, and they brought us a basic serving of water — no explanation, no menu, no mention of a charge. But when the bill came, they had the nerve to charge us £3 for plain water — water that should’ve been complimentary, or at the very least clearly priced. When we questioned the charge, the staff argued with us. Not just defensively — they were rude, confrontational, and made us feel like we were the problem for simply asking a question. It’s outrageous to treat customers like this. Hospitality should be about respect and transparency — this place has neither. They nickel-and-dime you for the most basic things and then argue instead of explaining. The way they handle feedback or concerns is completely unprofessional and honestly disgusting. If you’re considering coming here — don’t waste your time or money. There are far better lounges with clean service, respectful staff, and no hidden surprises on the bill. This place needs a serious wake-up call.

Tourist from Czech Republic – Horrible Experience, Stay Away! I came all the way from the Czech Republic to spend a relaxing holiday with my friends and enjoy some quality time — but unfortunately, we made the mistake of visiting this shisha lounge, and it completely ruined our evening. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was shockingly bad. The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. It felt like they had no interest in providing even the most basic level of respect or care to their customers. The shisha was absolutely toxic — harsh, burnt, and clearly poorly prepared. I’ve attached a photo so others can see the condition they served it in: dirty, overused, and clearly unsafe to smoke. It was one of the worst shisha setups I’ve ever seen in any country. Everything about this place was low quality — from the atmosphere to the hygiene to the staff’s attitude. This is not how you treat customers, especially international visitors who just want to enjoy their time. If you’re thinking of coming here — don’t. There are far better places where you’ll be treated like a human being, not like a nuisance. This place is an embarrassment to the hospitality industry.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – DO NOT GO! This was one of the worst lounge experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The service was absolutely atrocious from the start. The staff were careless, unprofessional, and seemed completely uninterested in basic hygiene or customer service. We were served drinks in incredibly filthy and toxic-smelling cups. It was revolting. As for the shisha — it was a disaster. Burnt, badly packed, and clearly reused without proper cleaning. The bowl was charred and sticky with old residue, and the coal was handled in a way that made the entire session taste and smell foul. It was honestly a health hazard. The entire environment felt neglected and unclean. I cannot stress this enough — avoid this place at all costs. There are far better lounges out there that care about customer experience and cleanliness. This one is a complete disgrace.

Shisha was nice and service is excellent. Although food can be improved but overall nice ambience, location and friendly surroundings.

I love how cozy and clean this lounge is. Good service as well and great location!
