I went to the shop to order their food and brought it home. I unloaded the food from the box onto a plate to start eating. Halfway through eating I saw something black and thought it was just a burnt food piece until I looked closer and it was a dead bug. This is absolutely horrifying and if I ever catch some illness these guys are responsible for it, since bugs can carry diseases and germs. It’s not even a regular fly you see everyday it looks like some sort of bee/wasp.

Chicken quality and wings quality has gone near to a dead taste..no flavour barely any meat. Mixed stir fry was really nice, don't know what they been doing recently too the chips just about warm even when eating inside on a couple of occasions now.

Got a munch box Didn’t ask for this absolutely laced with chili dip almost like a paste. Just salty and hot.waste of food and money

Terrible experience. The staff were incredibly rude and acted like they hated their job. I ordered a meat lover’s pizza but instead got a vegetable pizza, and to make it worse, half of it didn’t even have cheese or toppings. My wings never arrived at all. Can’t take it back as they’re closed now. Honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had, won’t be ordering from here again.

I called the brother and told him that I accidentally added the salad and sauce on the meal and paid £0.50p and said can I just have the 1 chilli sauce separate and the guy goes no you have to add it and that I paid £0.50p for salad😂 I said no uber said for salad and sauce but the guys just lost honestly please get people who understand English or something on the phone guy was lost. I was speechless couldn’t even respond to his stupid response I just said leave it bro guy was toooo lost please hire better staff
