Shocking customer service for a loyal customer of over 25 years. I ordered my usual: a large donner with fries, salad, and sauces. On the menu board under the kebab section, it clearly says in bold red: “naan available at 60p extra.” So I asked for one. When I went to pay, the staff member said it would be £1 for the naan. I pointed out the sign, and he told me “you ordered it separately” — which made no sense at all. It’s clearly marked as an extra, and I’d just ordered a large donner, so how is that not part of the kebab order? To make things worse, another more experienced staff member jumped in and claimed the 60p naan only applies if you order a kebab in a pitta. I asked him to show me where it says that on the menu, but he refused — apparently too busy to back up the policy he was enforcing. Great job treating a long-term customer like they’re trying to con you over 40p. I’ve always liked the food, but after this kind of arrogant and dismissive attitude, I won’t be back.

Always amazing food pizza and kebabs are very nice especially the chicken kebab in nan 10/10 Been going here since a kid with my father now taking my kids here

Worst kebab Iv ever had. Will definitely won’t be ordering from there ever.the food was disgusting.and they sent me a few pieces chicken . And forgot my Donner meat.ordered a large chicken n Donner kebab. It was disgusting .I’m still waiting for my Donner meat.. 10 pound for a few pieces of rock hard chicken.fuming

Shocking customer service! Told me to wait 25 minutes for a kebab. When asked after 10 minutes his reply was " I cant promise you anything" what an absolute tool.

The food was nice and they give a generous amount of chips but the place was a bit unhygienic.would recommend
