Punjabi Dera

Very nice and clean place to eat in or take out. I was in a rush to open my fast so I ended up taking the food home which is a half hour drive so the food will probably be a 5 star if ate in the take away. Price wise it's fair as normal take away prices. I bought the mixed grill for 2 and also got pizza an chips for the kids. As you can imagine by the time I got home the food freshness was just not as great if ate there an then but not too keen on lamb chops an chips weren't the best but again could be down to me waiting so long to dig in. The place itself is lovely and has a lovely punjabi vibe going with the music in background on the TV and also is always busy when I drive past. Food was on a whole decent but I definitely want to give it a try an sit inside next time in'sha'allah.

Come to Punjabi dera for delicious karachi style chatpati lamb biryani with salad and raita . It serves the best lamb biryani I have had in all of Manchester up to date . Served very warm . Loved every bite of it and will definitely be coming regularly to try it . Keep it up 👍🏻

I ordered a chicken fatayer, vegetarian pizza and a portion of chips. The fatayer was decent, well-cooked and delicious. I was only able to get one bite of pizza but even my notoriously-difficult-to-please, super-fussy person loved it saying that we would definitely buy from there again. A special mention about the chilli sauce dips - very nice and definitely worth the extra few quid. We ordered online so cannot comment on the customer service, although the food arrived in a timely manner. Very highly recommended and I would definitely order again.
