Absolutely insane burger. Probably one of the tastiest I’ve ever eaten. Great spice levels. Fries were fresh, crispy and everything tasted amazing!

The service is always fast, and the staff have been friendly whenever I’ve ordered The spicy chicken burgers are definitely the highlight. Great flavour, good heat, and cooked well every time. The portion sizes are good too, and the prices are reasonable, especially for what you get. I’d recommend it if you’re craving something quick, hot, and satisfying. I keep coming back for those spicy burgers!

They have proper let me down today. I never experienced this before. They gave me 4 instead of 3. weird enough. They probably new they were not nice. Also my burger was falling a part. I never thought this day would come and I would leave a philadelphia burger. Would appreciate your help on this.

We had a rather disappointing experience with the customer service today. We drove all the way from Bradford just for their fillet burgers, which we usually love. We ordered 2 burgers and 9 wings today, December 20, 2025, and paid £6 for a portion of 9 wings, and they were tiny. Some barely had any meat on them. When we called to complain, they just said the size varies and there was nothing they could do. Why charge full price for wings then? There was no apology, and no offer to make it up to us next time.

Server .. very accomadating, very polite and efficient. We had burger meals, strips and 5 piece meal deal. Burgers were decent, generous amount of chicken. Did ask for my one half dipped but couldnt see the patty dipped in anything. The receipt just said "bit spicy".. So not sure if it were dipped or anything. Was hungry so wanted to eat rather than take it back. Fries were ok. Strips were ok, expected them to be bigger but today they weren't. Chilli sauce was very spicy, tasted very salty and overcharged with tabasco. In comparison to Miami Crispy benchmark, phillys just didnt meet it on this occasion.
