Ottoman Grill and Bar

We visited this Turkish restaurant last night and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were welcoming and the service was attentive throughout. The food was excellent. I ordered a lamb shish and a chicken shish. The lamb was tender with no chewiness at all, and the chicken was moist and succulent. They also added a touch of theatre by bringing dry ice to the table with the mains, which made the meal feel a little more special.

My only suggestion for the management would be to update the menus, as they were rather worn and the dessert menu in particular had stickers covering changes to the dishes. Fresh menus would better match the quality of the food and service.

Overall, a very enjoyable meal and well worth a visit.

Went there for lunch with coworkers and ordered off the lunch menu. I got the chicken shish and it was good. My coworkers got the lamb shish and lamb beyti and it was subpar at best. The portion sizes are pretty small and I did not feel full after that. The service was okay as we did have to ask for more bread as we were only given one basket with 4 of us there but we got a complimentary apple tea which was okay. The atmosphere was nice and chill. Overall it was a good one time visit for me.

Really tasty Turkish food, fresh and full of flavour.
The service was great and the staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure that you were comfortable frequently.
Interior decor was wonderful as well as the atmosphere
Prices were very reasonable too
We had 241 on cocktails (we had alcoholic option) but wasn't their strongest point.

What an amazing experience I had there tonight! Perfect ambiance, delicious food and superb service. Food pricing is very carefully set. We ordered a mix platter and it was enough for 4 people. Meet was very tender and juicy with balanced spices. Selection on the menu is massive and impressive.
Highly recommended for Turkish food lovers. I must visit again with family.

I arrived at this restaurant, the atmosphere was just perfect, the door was opened by staff and they were just brilliant. Me and my party ordered the sharing platter for 4 and as people that can eat a LOT even we had to take it as extras, the portions were extremely generous and filling. Even as they brought us our meal they had a smokey effect to it and that just made us feel SO special. After our meal we were given Turkish apple tea for free and that was delicious! We ended up ordering their Baklava and ice cream dessert and once again we got that special treatment with not just the smoke effect but also the fact that they put the ice cream on the baklava right before your eyes! That was just the cherry on top and I left with a full belly, leftovers and a smile on my face! Thank you Ottoman Grill and Bar!!
