I have been seeing ads and videos about this bubble tea place for a really long time so it’s time for us to give it. The decoration in the shop is nice especially the wall paper and the playlist, where given me a nice first impression tho. My order is just the classic black sugar bubble with fresh milk, with less ice and less sugar. Sadly it still very sweet to me and the milk tastes like water which just similar to condensed milk with a lot of water. Even my friend agreed. I guess they can do better! :(

I'm a regular here and totally obsessed with the pistachio bubble tea, it's so good 😭 the takeaway bags are so cute. Highly recommend: - Pistachio bubble tea (10/10 — the cream cheese topping is next level) - Matcha ice cream (10/10) - Fresh sweet potato tapioca milk (9.5/10) Not my fave: - Premium brown sugar: way too sweet (5/10) - Matcha tapioca is alright (7/10) - The fruit tea tastes kinda artificial

Absolutely Disappointing – Will Never Return We ordered a takeaway from this bubble tea shop and were appalled by what we received. As shown in the photo, the drink was clearly underfilled – not even reaching the expected volume line. We hadn’t opened it yet, so there’s no excuse. It was barely 70% full. This is completely unacceptable. Not only was the product substandard, but the customer service was also shockingly poor – dismissive and unhelpful. We tried to raise the issue and were met with zero accountability. Overall, a terrible experience. Poor value, poor service, and no respect for paying customers. Absolutely no next time. We will never be ordering from here again.

This bubble tea shop is among the best in Manchester, offering a delightful selection of bubble teas and refreshing quenchers, including fruity options. I highly recommend pairing their bubble tea with their Nutella or peanut butter filled waffles. You can also earn reward points for your orders when using their app, which you can later exchange for various free items such as toppings, coasters, and drinks.
