This was my first time visiting NUDON, and I have to say it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. You can really tell that the chefs take pride in their work. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. I highly recommend NUDON to anyone looking for amazing food, great service, and a wonderful dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I am a regular customer and loves their food. My only issue is with the people working there hencr i gave 1 star review. Very unprofessional and always talk to each other and gossip while customer is waiting to be served. I understand their language hence i know they talk random stuff which has nothing to do with work. Customers gets only 30 mins break time from work therefore the staff should value their time and not waste it gossiping with each other. Parking a car is a big issue still i come to this place risking my car to get a ticket hoping to be served quick. During busy time, i understand. But when its not busy, i expect to be served quick. Yesterday (18/11/2025), i placed order (oreder no.105), food was made quick as well but the guy serving me hold the rice box in hand to put in a bag but started talking to his mates, which was not work related while i was waiting to get it. He kept talking and laughing. As i was getting late i had to take my rice box from his hand without the bag and fork. I expect , management to have words with the employees and tell them not to gossip while customer is waiting. If not resolved quickly, business will loose customers slowly.

Took 12 minutes for 2 bobas to be made with no queue ahead. Ordered a matcha milk tea and chocolate exposition special for just over £10, both large. Tastes very good! Lids are not the seal and pierce type.

Nudon is an absolute standout. The atmosphere is modern yet welcoming, and the service is consistently attentive and professional. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of fresh, balanced flavors which were cooked to perfection. Overall, a top-notch dining experience that combines great food, great service, and a relaxed, refined vibe. Highly recommend.
