Honestly quite disappointed. I was very excited to try this after the reopening, and I was completely let down. I came into the branch at around 22:30 on Friday the 5th of December and ordered a Nashville Burger. As soon as I opened the box, I found a black hair inside the box. Seeing this, the hygiene levels shocked me and I couldn't even touch it. Money wasted, and hope down the drain. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend if you care about cleanliness.

I have usually found their food to be of much better quality, which is why I chose to order again yesterday. Unfortunately, the experience this time was very disappointing. The food I received was not up to the usual standard, and despite specifically requesting it to be spicy, it was completely lacking in flavor. To make matters worse, my burger came with cheese even though I had not asked for it, and I genuinely dislike cheese. On top of that, I ordered a 10-inch pizza, but what arrived looked no bigger than 5 inches — nowhere near the size I paid for. When I called the restaurant to raise my concern, the manager simply refused to acknowledge the issue and hung up my call, which was even more frustrating. And the pizza base as you can see in the picture below was all burn out even worst to eat. Hardly had 1,2 bites. Overall, there was no value for money in what I received yesterday, and it fell far short of expectations.

Absolutely dreadful service and equally dreadful food. Ordered a “supreme meal” and was given a burger with the buns completely burnt. I asked the chap to change it, only to be told, “well it’s just well done.” The replacement burger was somehow even more burnt than the first one. Brilliant. Now my mouth tastes like charcoal. And mind you the picture I’m attaching is of the second burger here!

The worst food I’ve actually ever ordered. I never bother leaving a review for anything whether it’s good or bad but this was genuinely that bad I’ve had to warn others. I’ve requested my money back on uber eats because that was terrible

Very very bad service on this guy’s on Coustomer. Never ever come back again this NEW YORK KRISPY FRIED CHICKEN Don’t respect that people. Please brothers respect on Coustomer buying food, don’t free sale. Thank you
