I have usually found their food to be of much better quality, which is why I chose to order again yesterday. Unfortunately, the experience this time was very disappointing. The food I received was not up to the usual standard, and despite specifically requesting it to be spicy, it was completely lacking in flavor. To make matters worse, my burger came with cheese even though I had not asked for it, and I genuinely dislike cheese. On top of that, I ordered a 10-inch pizza, but what arrived looked no bigger than 5 inches — nowhere near the size I paid for. When I called the restaurant to raise my concern, the manager simply refused to acknowledge the issue and hung up my call, which was even more frustrating. And the pizza base as you can see in the picture below was all burn out even worst to eat. Hardly had 1,2 bites. Overall, there was no value for money in what I received yesterday, and it fell far short of expectations.

Absolutely dreadful service and equally dreadful food. Ordered a “supreme meal” and was given a burger with the buns completely burnt. I asked the chap to change it, only to be told, “well it’s just well done.” The replacement burger was somehow even more burnt than the first one. Brilliant. Now my mouth tastes like charcoal. And mind you the picture I’m attaching is of the second burger here!

I ordered Uber Eats from this place recently. The delivery failed to meet acceptable standards in two key areas. Firstly, the food arrived stone cold, Furthermore, a request for sauce, clearly noted in the order and consistently provided in all previous orders, was missing. Upon contacting your branch about the missing item, the individual who I spoke to stated that the item is "not usually provided," contradicting prior service history. Secondly, the subsequent customer service was highly unprofessional. When I raised the issue of the cold food, the individual I spoke with was dismissive, demonstrating a complete lack of accountability by quickly and unfairly placing blame on the delivery driver, despite the driver's timely arrival. This failure to take responsibility for the food quality, coupled with the unprofessional attitude, constitutes shocking customer service. Given the combination of substandard product and poor resolution, I will not be ordering from the again
