Took me a while to get to this review. Maybe because I was in shock. Not really I just forgot about it for a while. Basically, we got cookie dough expecting big things from previous reviews but felt grossly underwhelmed. The cookie dough itself was very thin and a little too crumbly. The edges were caramelised to the point of burning on the edges. It was also quite... eggy. By the 4th bite it was honestly a little unenjoyable. The ice cream was quite nice though- highly milky. Top marks for presentation, admittedly. The service itself, though not quick (they were quite busy), was amicable and the person behind the counter brought it right to our seats which was a nice touch. The interior is not really my style, but I do like the swing they have. Lots of children having fun there.

Hands down the best place for desserts in and around Manchester. Best customer service as always from Marian never ever disappoints always smiling and knows my order. Jaber always has a big smile on his face and is very quick with the ice creams. Ashish is a top server as always. I look forward to come to this place. Nadeem makes the best cookie dough known to man, highly recommend especially that you can customise it. Best of wishes

Excellent spacious location with great service and fast food service. The cookie dough portion is massive and we struggled to finish ours. Prices are very reasonable also. Great environment and decoration. One star lost for the state of the menus.

Very disappointed with our recent visit. The tables were messy when we arrived, and we were told to stand at the till to place our order, which felt disorganised. The desserts were below standard, the vanilla ice cream had a strong chemical taste and seemed to have melted and refrozen, the Ferrero Rocher sundae had noticeable ice crystals, and the cookie dough had a strange aftertaste, likely from the dish it was baked in. Hygiene could also be improved, one staff member was scooping ice cream with their arm resting inside the freezer, which didn’t look professional. This used to be a lovely place for desserts, but the quality and standards have dropped significantly. Hopefully management takes notice and restores it to how it used to be. Its reputation is gone in my eyes and I won't be coming back.

I have just bought raspberry ripple and mango from the cheetam hill branch and it’s all powdery and doesnt taste anything like icecream Tried to phone the branch and it goes straight to voicemail
