Tried this place for this first time in April 2025 after hearing loads about it. This really is fast food service. The menu is simple, full dipped half dipped or drizzle. Service is very quick. The burger was ok however I felt with better quality buns this would have been 5 star. The burger bun disintegrated in my hands as I was eating it. A good selection of drinks are available. No seating at this place unfortunately. Really good value for money though. The staff are nice and pleasant.

I have been coming to Miami in Burnage for last 3 years. It was always amazing to have food from them. I love their Spicy Chicken Burger. I have never found such a spicy, delicious and amazing burger in pocket friendly pocket price in whole Manchester and West Yorkshire. Burnage branch used to be too busy and there was parking issue but this Longsight branch reversed opened and it is more convenient and close to my house even at walking distance. They have huge parking space outside with do double yellow lines on road. Atmosphere and waiting area is amazing. They accept cash only which used to be issue for card users but there is post office atm facility just opposite to it. They have also got screen to show customers number so that customers can know when their turn is coming. Overall i find this branch and brand always amazing. I always find worth spending money. 10 out of 10 so far.

Superb chicken burgers, amazing prices, can’t fault the place. They all work so quickly too you know they’re an established fast food joint. Got the wings too but they were spicy!!

I recently visited Miami Crispy Chicken, driving quite a distance with my kids to pick up some food. After placing our order, I was surprised to find out they only accept cash payments — no cards. In today’s world, especially for a busy takeaway with long queues outside, accepting card payments should be standard. It’s more convenient for customers and helps keep the service quick and efficient. It’s disappointing when businesses don’t accommodate modern payment methods, especially when so many people rely on cashless transactions. Hopefully, they consider upgrading their payment system soon Is there anything fishy fishy to be on cash only?

We ordered 3 burger meals and few wings . The wings were spicy and hot burgers are massive . Service was so quick we got our order in 10 minutes . The staff were polite and I am happy with the service provided by the staff😊
