i have been to this place a few times, i know these guys but when it comes to review i will be honest Loved the lamb karahi, karelay, roti, and naan. Fish was just okay. Seating not very comfortable. Not very family-friendly Friendly staff. Overall, a good experience.

Got food from here after a long time but I will never get from here again as the chips were stale like they were there from last night. Poppadom smelt fishy and the portions on the chicken tikka have gone less from 5 tikka they now give 4. Quality of the food is poor.

If you haven't eaten from here then why not? The good is grade A. and the lamb chops are worth the wait. Stunning late night food that tastes amazing. Even at 3 am the tables are taken and the open kitchen is none stop like a Friday tea time. I'm never disappointed. Did I mention how good the lamb chops are?. 😂

Every so often, my family orders a takeout from Mazaaa! My familia say the food is quite tasty and well cooked (as images show).. Although what frustrates them is (at times) the food may be a little too spicy than expected/portion size is not enough/even a bit burnt (maybe they are just being greedy). :D Mr Shahid (the owner) has great customer service and customer relation skills, as do a few of his staff, such as his sidekick - the man who usually manages the phone orders... This place is well run at busy times when Mr Shahid is actually there..Because Mr Shahid makes sure that orders are sent out in due time. This diner is always kept clean and tidy whenever I pop in to pick up my order. Mazaa also has delivery service (with deliveroo and Uber Eats). It's quite useful as it saves us a deal of time if we decide to order online. My review had gone down to 3 stars because in the past we had ordered a portion of chicken and chanaa daal but instead we only received a portion of chanaa daal which was quite oily to the point that it had spilt through the paper bag.. And, (more recently) we had to wait over an hour for our order - It was only a small order as well.. In the future, we will try to order at less busier times, yet that can't always be the case because we only order on weekends. Although, one must consider that staff are sonetimes are dealing with many orders at one time, and therefore, they can make a mistake in order and/or increase the predicted ready time of the order...

The food was good. Kebabs we tried were juicy and moist. Our only issue was with the service and the ambience. The orders I placed was not exactly the same that I received (eg. We ordered Garlic nun and Butter nun - they gave us both normal nuns. They forgot to give one of the orders as well). Also, the restaurant was very cold. My son wore his jackets inside the restaurant. Overall experience with the place: ok. Nothing too exciting. Should i visit again? Probably not.
