Had a great experience at Kohinoor Restaurant on Derby Street, Bolton. The leg of lamb was absolutely spot on — tender, juicy, and full of flavour. Easily one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The service was excellent too — staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxed vibe. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for quality food and great service. Will be back again soon!

I have to give this place a lot of credit, first time ordering & it'll now be a monthly treat. I got the set meal for 2 for £18.95 & both the lamb & chicken curry was amazing, when I walked in to collect my order, you can tell its a proper family restaurant & they're the best ones. Looks lovely inside as well incase anyone is wondering about eating inside.

I used to dine in here because i live nearby. There is no doubt managers are very welcoming and nice. Staff although is very rude without smile. They dont know how to deal customer with smile and good attitude. Totally unprofessional towards customer service (morning) . Seems they are forced to work here. Food is good, specifically tawa. Weekend breakfast is delicious. I v tried nehari at different restaurants but nehari served here is outclass. Seating is reasonable.

Ordered a takeaway from there 2x meals for one what a weird concoction of food Papadoms missing so order not complete. The 2 main meals came with different rice, 1x boiled white rice and 1 x brown rice (Strange) no pilau rice in sight.Only tried the chicken vindaloo which was ok but very small pieces of chicken in it. The other has gone in fridge for now. I got a discount code so paid £20 still not worth that more like £10 for small amount of food received. It seems like they have thrown together whatever they had available, not good at all. We have 3 takeaway Indian meals a week and can categorically say we will not use this place again not recommended at all
