Had a swell time here with family weeks ago, love the ambience, the food was indeed tasty, they have varieties you can choose from and you got value for the pricing here, liked the lamb most especially, there’s usually a complimentary drink on the house, found this to be thoughtful of them. Sarah was very helpful throughout our stay here, from choosing our meal and overall experience, this is definitely how customer service should be rendered, her colleagues were also great in handling our request. Up there as one of the best Turkish restaurant in Manchester. Will definitely come back.

We visited **Istanbul Restaurant Manchester** today for Eid meal as two families together our own and my sister in law and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. We ordered the **jumbo platter** along with a few other dishes, and everything was delicious — fresh, flavourful, and served beautifully. The portion sizes were generous and the variety on the platter made it perfect for sharing. A special shout-out to **Sarah**, our waitress, who truly made the experience memorable. She was incredibly **attentive, polite, and so genuinely lovely** — making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her warm and welcoming nature added a personal touch to the evening and really stood out. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this place for families, celebrations, or anyone looking to enjoy amazing Turkish cuisine with top-tier service. Thank you again, Sarah — you were a star!

Super value for money, all the meat done beautifully. The flavours are really spot on, well seasoned food and the portions very generous. The service is extremely attentive, constantly checking up on guests, recommending dishes etc. The drinks are a bit off the charts large and basically sugar shots. Don’t miss the kunafa, a Turkish dessert with cheese and pistachios served with ice cream. Recommend a solid gym session before you go.

Great meal, good quality food packed with flavour, staff were excellent, what I really liked was the kitchen is open to view along with all the fresh prepared food, it looked spotless. The car park is on opposite side of road to the front of restaurant, not obvious when driving past and its free.

Lovely time with family - went to celebrate a birthday and they kindly took the cake that we brought in and put it at the back. Sarah was our waitress and she was very accommodating. The only downside I would say is the music is a bit loud, but not a big drawback.
