Simple and enjoyable experience. We picked this place after checking out the menu, which had a great variety. There was no wait for a table, and the staff were accommodating, even with our large pram and newborn. We ordered a mix of dim sum and main dishes — everything was flavorful and felt genuinely authentic. Prices were very fair, and we’d happily come back again

I enjoyed my first visit to Hello Oriental in the Trafford Centre. It was 3/4 full when we arrived and didn’t have to wait too long for a table. The menu offers lots of choice , including some all-in-one more cost effective options which are really useful for those with smaller appetites. The food comes out when it’s ready which I’m happy with but does mean you can have people either starting way ahead of each other or waiting out of courtesy before other dishes arrived. The portions are very generous and the food is super fresh and tasty which we all thoroughly enjoyed. The only negative really was there were a lot of small flies around the tables constantly frustrating diners having to swat away. Not sure if this was a one off and could well be related to something in another part of the TC. That said it frustrated my son and detracted from enjoying his meal. Overall, I enjoyed the food, impressed with the menu and the service was friendly and attentive.

The food was amazing would definitely eat here again! Great portions sizes for the prices! Especially loved my mango martini made by Jenni she was very friendly and approachable!

Pros: Halal beef and chicken Great customer service Great range of dessert and food on the menu Seating areas where clean and available Food was delivered quite fast after ordering Cons: Unfortunately the Pho ( beef and prawn, chicken and beef) were all bland and with no salt or taste Extremely dissatisfied with the food and I ordered quite a variety from the menu Vietnamese coffee was too sweet and had too much condensed milk. If I had known it wasn't made with real milk or an alternative I wouldn't have ordered it. I was really excited to try this place out, so the disappointment I felt after eating here was quite high. I would not recommend this place to anyone tbh.
