Giovannis - Italian Restaurant Manchester

My husband and I had our anniversary dinner at Giovanni's and we had a blast! The food was absolutely amazing and we were so pleased they have halal options, and all staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped in. The service was top notch! They even gave us a card for our anniversary and two mint mocktails on the house 🥳 A big thank you to everyone at Giovanni's for truly making our day! We'll definitely come again!🌟

Very overhyped , one of the worst Italian restaurants I have been to. The calamari was overcooked and over seasoned, the garlic bread hardly tasted of any garlic. Zucchini fries were burnt and over salted and the Lasagnea lacked flavour and seasoning. The only item I enjoyed was the green olives. I would not recommend or eat from this place again, it does not live up to its name or the social media hype. Yes it’s Halal but the good quality and taste is atrocious.

The mains were good, but the overall experience was lacking. The tiramisu was average and too moist for my liking. We also received the bill before we even asked for it while enjoying our dessert, which felt a bit rushed. Overall, the attention to detail just wasn’t up to the mark.
