Slim Chickens Cardiff

Absolutely disgraceful & disgusting….. firstly I found a giant black hair in my food I’m a ginger so yeah obviously mine….…… secondly the front of house staff unbelievably rude yeah I got a change of my meal but it’s not the point the faces and comments I hear from them down right horrible……. thirdly some Of the things I was hearing from the kitchen… vile racist and down right horrific. I’m sorry but if this company is employing people who say things like what I’ve heard I don’t even want to know what the managers are like. I hope something is done about there staff as I would not recommend going there. ES

chicken taste is super good. tenders are great, wings are amazing. sauces slim is a bit spicy but great in cold. service is fast. affordable and the portion can satisfy you

So disappointed with Slims, come here for my lunch break sometimes 3 times a week because I’ve always said they’re the best tenders in town, always a decent size always cooked well, buffalo sauce is the only option I select in over 30 orders. Today I got 5 of the smaller tenders they could’ve found in the packet which for £8.95 was a bit of a joke, they were not as juicy at all, mostly dry and I’m never one for complaining about everything because 1 thing was wrong, person serving was lovely but even the sauce, I love buffalo and especially the slims one but nah this was awful, tasted like it’s been kept outback for years, just generally disappointed, I know I’ll be back because usually you guys are great and hopefully just an off day.
