Definitely better than other fast food chains as the chicken wasnt greasy and didn't feel unhealthy. The price is reasonable but they keep on asking options without saying they will be charged extra and hence the bill goes up! So be careful of any chips or sauces as each gets adds up to the bill.

Absolutely great customer service by whoever was on front wearing a jacket. Explained the menu v patiently, told us what was halal and what to avoid. Really really appreciated although the chicken was abit rough on the edges. Seemed abit old cooked. I had tried the one in Trafford centre and this one seemed v different to that one. Maybe bcz that one was abit more fresh. Everything aside, service definitely madeup for it. Highly recommended.

Ordered the 7 tender piece meal and it was very nice and cheap. The staff was super friendly and chatty. Would highly recommend. Was served by Tom C who was very enthusiastic, welcoming and helpful especially in regards to the sauce options.

From the moment we walked in, the service was fast and friendly. We specifically asked for spicy chicken, and they delivered perfectly! The chicken was incredibly succulent and flavorful—just the right kick without being overwhelming. The garlic bread was a hit too—soft, buttery, and delicious. We didn’t have to wait long, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend Slim Chickens if you’re at the outlet and craving something tasty and satisfying. We’ll definitely be returning!

Slim Chickens is on the pricier side but the food was pretty good! I was served by Dan today, and his friendliness was much appreciated ⭐️
