I recently opted to use a food delivery platform to order a meal. Overall, the food was satisfactory, although the chips arrived somewhat soggy, which was a slight disappointment. Despite this minor issue, the meal was enjoyable enough, and it's hard to go wrong with the offerings from this place. I have experienced dining at other locations from this same chain before, and I've found that the quality of their food is reliably good across different branches.

personally, i’d have to rate the food a 0, if that was an option. The so called “crispy chicken” on the menu was not crispy at all, in fact- i’d honestly say overcooked and soft. Alongside this, other chicken option is ordered was also the same, except worse, as though it’d been steamed and not fried. In addition, the size of the spring rolls was devastatingly tiny, compared to normal proportions and the pictures. As a passionate food lover, I was highly disappointed with the quality of the food. On the other hand, the presentation and appearance of the food was definitely pretty.

I ordered via Just Eat and left a delivery note to call via whatsapp as the signal is bad where I am. Driver proceeded to call directly instead, so calls went to voicemail. He then claimed to have been waiting 20 mins despite call logs showing it had only been 9. Just Eat showed the earliest time the food would arrive would be 15 mins after the driver even turned up, so how would I possibly know that he had come that early? Good food though.

Tried to reserve for next day collection as I wasn't able to get there in time. Told no which is very disappointing to say the least. Just hope perfectly good food doesn't go to waste!!!!
