Dropped by just for cocktails at the bar in Novikov (Mandarin Oriental) and it was spot on. Sleek setup, skilled bartenders, and a polished, modern vibe. I had the Ikigai cocktail with Stoli Salted Caramel — smooth, balanced, refined. My partners tried a spicy Se Busca mezcal cocktail - bold, delicious, perfectly executed. And the Bosporus view from the terrace - absolutely spectacular — one of the best night panoramas in Istanbul.

I had a wonderful lunch at Novikov Istanbul! The food was incredibly delicious — every plate was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The restaurant’s atmosphere and stunning view made the experience even more special, perfectly blending great taste with a relaxing vibe. A big thank you to Zakiya, our amazing waitress, for her excellent service. She was so friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Her positive energy and professionalism truly elevated our dining experience. Thank you, Zakiya, and the whole Novikov team for such a lovely afternoon — I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Such a pleasant experience. I’ve been to several Novikov. This is by far my favorite in terms of food, location and vibe. We tried several dishes including king crab dumpling, escalope sashimi, salmon nigiri, duck salad, prawn sushi, seafood rissoto and the mango cheese cake. Sinan did a great job serving our table. He was friendly and attentive. I enjoyed every moment. The DJ was a bit loud we preferred it to be slightly lower to be able to hear each other. All in all, I recommend everyone visiting istabul to dine here.

The food is good but the service by Beckem is what made our visit worth it. He was so nice, offered recommendations from the menu and was kind enough to offer complimentary Turkish tea. Really impressed by his service.

The place is absolutely wonderful, with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. The food is delicious, the staff is amazing, and most importantly, they are very cheerful. I loved the place so much! I went there on my birthday, and they were extremely kind, especially the waitress Zakia, who was responsible for our table. She was very nice and helpful.
