We get our chicken from Herb Fed Poultry in Yorkshire. They breed organic free range chickens that are fed on the herbs that supermarkets throw away. The chickens are stunned before being butchered the halal way. If you would like more info on this you can head to their website. The farm will be able to send you the exact details. We do not advertise the chicken as halal ourselves as the animals are stunned first which is not strictly halal. But the way the animals are prepared is halal. Hope that’s helpful!
