Unfortunately this place didn't meet our expectations. Not uncommon as stated in other reviews. The wait time is a bit much. 20min. With only 2 customers ahead of us. And it appeared they had waited just as long. The staff were pleasant but the fish was not. Way too greasy, too much batter and I question the freshness of the fish. The chips were good. Seating is limited to a small counter or a few seats outside. Sorry to say, can't recommend this place.

As late night food goes, this place is great 👍 It's open late (we called in on a Saturday at 1pm) 👍 Really handy location, in the parade of shops leading up into Piccadilly Station. The place is really clean and well looked after, the food is cooked fresh 👍 The Chips were absolutely awesome, so much better than what you get in a 'usual' Chippy - they are 'fluffy' inside and taste great👍💙 The Fish Cakes were good too. Price was pretty reasonable 👍 Definitely worth a visit, you wont be disappointed 😎

Amazing food went here Sunday there service is amazing and friendly food is hot not greasy and tasted so good my husband is from Manchester we moved away 13 years ago so when we visited last weekend he had to have it and he said just as good as he remembers he was in heaven could not Fault anything at all definitely recommend

Some of the best pie and chips in forever. Great value and delicious. The people that work there are awesome, friendly, happy, and chatty. Great experience. If you are in the area make sure to visit them.
