Sweet Fix MCR

Ordered on deliveroo, they accepted it, an hour later we called them wondering where our order was... they forgot about it, they said that it will be out for delivery in a couple minutes, Half an hour later we call them again wondering where our order is... they said delivery guy is on his way... Delivery guy arrives (1hr 30 mins after estimated time) THE ORDER WAS WRONG, They asked us to put it back in the bag so they can take it. Picture of the wrong order is attached. 10 MINUTES LATER, The delivery guy turns up with our order. My sundae has melted, my partner had the wrong dessert AGAIN, ordered cookie dough, got a brownie that was cold, and the whipped cream on the milkshakes is no longer whipped, looks like its been sat out a while. Due to having already called them a few times about issues, I finally gave up, trying to get my order, luckily my partner likes chocolate brownies, and the partial ice cream soup could be put in the freezer to turn back into some form of ice cream. (We live 5 minutes down the road, and ordered at 20:44, it was around 22:30 we finally got our order) First time ordering here, last time ill be ordering here! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Scam company. Ordered on deliveroo, waited an hour, phoned, he clearly had no idea about it. Said it was on the way. Nothing came. Raised it with deliveroo and they said they contacted them and was told it was delivered. It absolutely was not, and reading other reviews I'm not the first. They need to be closed down and police contacting for theft and fraud. Absolute joke of a place. How are they even allowed to operate. Please stay well away.

Ordered last night, delivery was fairly fast although food quality, portions and service wasn’t great. Paid £5.99 for nachos which came with no nacho cheese sauce- pointless without & ultimately paid £5.99 for a handful of tortilla chips..Also ordered a red bull slush (mainly ordered for this item) they sent a normal slush, again not what we ordered + was spilled allover bag and waffle box, not the biggest deal but annoying. Dubai brownie pot tasted cheap and was tiny portion for £8. Waffle was okay, not the freshest but okay. Rang to explain the issues and was told “we’ll throw in some “free” nachos next time” free like ive not already paid for them and why would i now want to order again?🤣 then told me he’d speak to his colleague and call me back but never did 🤌🏼
