The food is good to the point where I’ve come here around 4 times. There’s a lot of options which is great and they offer a variety of flavours. It is more expensive than what you’d expect but you can always measure them before you checkout to make sure you’re not accidentally spending £30+ per portion. One thing I noticed first three times was no matter how little I put in I always couldn’t finish it - the portion sizes seemed so big but you can always ask to take it away. One nice thing you can do (which I did last visit) is fill up one bowl with different ingredients and ask for two or three smaller bowls which ends up amounting to 12£ per person and a portion size that’s perfect! I’d heavily recommend

The place is beautiful and service was great, everyone super polite. The whole idea of adding what you prefer is amazing, the only problem is the food, so that’s a big problem :( Duck was not good, the meat was too fatty, and the broth was just okay. I have to mention I am not really sure about the higiene in the way everything is stored tbh 😬 I feel like this place has a lot of potential but food standards need to be higher, the idea is great but taste is between bad and average.

The food was good, especially the soup flavor, which I really enjoyed. However, I’d like to share some constructive feedback: I found the environment to be a bit unclean, and I felt that the staff could be more trained. During my visit, I noticed that the person who seemed to be in charge at the counter was vaping inside the restaurant, which is not appropriate for a dining space. Additionally, she appeared to be talking with family members at one of the tables (which I don’t mind), but the conversation was quite loud, which affected the overall atmosphere. I truly believe that with a few adjustments in these areas, the restaurant has great potential to stand out even more. (This picture from the wall to show it need some attention for the cleaning)

I didn't enjoy my experience or food here as the staff member who was working that day had a really grumpy I'm doing you a favour kind of attitude. This is my first time trying Soup Co so naturally I had a few questions, I noticed that the seafood stick still had the plastic on it and asked about this and the staff member grunted that they remove it when they make the soup. I misunderstood the weighting rules and paid a ridiculous amount I think it £21 altogether including the soup base. When I brought this up with the cashier he spoke to me in a very annoyed condescending tone. I feel they should have the weight price per 100g boldly near where you pick what goes in your hot pot so you don't forget. I applaud them for having a scale so you can check as you go along. Most of the good toppings were out on this occasion. I chose the Tom Yum base which is most popular and it turned out to be very salty and sour I didn't enjoy it at all and it made me feel terrible the next day.

Delicious food & quick service— we weren’t massively adventurous with the add ons but the beef and chicken were good (if slightly fatty) and tom yum broth was delicious
