The food is good to the point where I’ve come here around 4 times. There’s a lot of options which is great and they offer a variety of flavours. It is more expensive than what you’d expect but you can always measure them before you checkout to make sure you’re not accidentally spending £30+ per portion. One thing I noticed first three times was no matter how little I put in I always couldn’t finish it - the portion sizes seemed so big but you can always ask to take it away. One nice thing you can do (which I did last visit) is fill up one bowl with different ingredients and ask for two or three smaller bowls which ends up amounting to 12£ per person and a portion size that’s perfect! I’d heavily recommend

The place is beautiful and service was great, everyone super polite. The whole idea of adding what you prefer is amazing, the only problem is the food, so that’s a big problem :( Duck was not good, the meat was too fatty, and the broth was just okay. I have to mention I am not really sure about the higiene in the way everything is stored tbh 😬 I feel like this place has a lot of potential but food standards need to be higher, the idea is great but taste is between bad and average.

Decent music, amazing soup and family friendly atmosphere. I thought, soup isn't filling, so I piled on the sides. Well I was wrong, plus it was really tasty! Perfect for winter!

The food was good, especially the soup flavor, which I really enjoyed. However, I’d like to share some constructive feedback: I found the environment to be a bit unclean, and I felt that the staff could be more trained. During my visit, I noticed that the person who seemed to be in charge at the counter was vaping inside the restaurant, which is not appropriate for a dining space. Additionally, she appeared to be talking with family members at one of the tables (which I don’t mind), but the conversation was quite loud, which affected the overall atmosphere. I truly believe that with a few adjustments in these areas, the restaurant has great potential to stand out even more. (This picture from the wall to show it need some attention for the cleaning)

What’s sad about this place is that it had the potential to serve the best hot pot, but some details makes it bad. The food was good, the sauce and vegetables are fresh and the fridge is very cold so they’re being stored correctly. But the meat is very very bad and it ruins the hot pot, the beef and lamb are just fat no meat. The price is expensive too, 3 pounds for 100 g, while they’re places with better quality is the city serve it for much less, the fact that they asked for 0.55 pound for a take away box just amazes me, the food is already expensive and the meat is terrible so basically i paid 17 pounds for veggies and now i’m asked to pay more for a take away box? It j knew this i would have chosen much less ingredients, I suggest adding a note on the fridge so people can know before adding the ingredients. Also the carry on bag was paper while it was raining heavily, i had to throw the food as i was carrying a bag full of groceries and couldn’t carry the food without a bag.
