While visiting family in Preston, we decided to stop in Manchester for breakfast during our travels. A friend recommended Sanam, and their service, along with the quality of most of their food, did not disappoint. Not many places serve fresh puris that aren’t overly oily, but Sanam excels, offering puris that are freshly made and lightly oiled, along with parathas that are as crispy and fresh as homemade ones. The channas were soft and slightly mushy, the halwa was sweet but not overly so, and the cheesy omelette tasted exactly how a cheesy homemade omelette should. Highly recommended for an authentic desi breakfast!

Great Jalebi. They make it fresh and you get to taste them right off the frying pan. The team here is really nice and very sweet. They even gave me few as tasting treats. Tried the chana puri. That was good as well. I saw folks patiently waiting to snag the fresh jalebi.

We ordered gol gappy. They are alright, not the best. Atmosphere is just ok. Could have been cleaner.

Excellent halwa puri or as they call it Chana Puri. Not too greasy and authentic taste too. We also had sweet lassi which was spot on as well. Finally, the fresh jalebis were absolutely delicious! In terms of prices, this place is quite reasonable. I’d definitely visit again and recommend it to others too!
