We only order delivery or pick up, so I can't say much about the sit-down service, but the atmosphere is pleasant. The food is phenomenal and always scorching hot, extremely reasonably priced for the quality, and we've always been greeted warmly. One of the few places in the area that does paneer as a main dish, which is a big plus in our veggie family!

Nice place, food was okay. Service was quite slow though and it wasn’t that busy, so dreadful to think what it’s like on a busy night!

I had one of the worst dining experiences ever at Purple Lounge. From start to finish, the service was horrendous and the food was a complete letdown. The steak I ordered was so bland and flavorless that I couldn’t even eat it — I left it untouched on the plate. The only thing I ate were the chips, and even those were soft, soggy, and unpleasant. When I raised my concerns with the waiter, he didn’t care at all and did nothing to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, we had to ask for basic cutlery, and instead of helping us respectfully, the waiter was rude and sarcastic. He said, “I already gave it to you, where is it then?” as if we were being difficult. Then he returned with about ten knives and forks, in a mocking and disrespectful way, which was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, the staff lacked any sense of customer service, and the food was way below standard. I left feeling frustrated, hungry, and disappointed. I would never recommend Purple Lounge to anyone. If you’re looking for good food, respectful service, or even just a basic dining experience, this is definitely not the place. I will never come back here again.

We have eaten in here a few times over the years, and we ate in here recently for first time in a few years.. Food is lovely, no complaints and service is fast. We just felt like the staff couldnt be arsed to serve us. Not sure if its because we had a young child. No service with a smile, no chit chat, no warm welcome... it just felt like the wanted us in and out. Noticed when a big party came in, they were all over it, smiles and welcoming.... weird.
