No doubt the taste is good, but I paid for the double chicken pilau and only received one small leg piece. This is the second time it has happened to me, and I’m really disappointed. I hope you can look into this and ensure that customers get what they pay for.

Came all the way from London to try Pilau Wala (Savour Foods), expecting the same authentic taste we get in Pakistan. Unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing. The flavour is close to the original Savour, but definitely not the same. The rice was okay, the kebabs were good, but the chicken piece was average and slightly undercooked. I wouldn’t say the food was terrible, but it certainly wasn’t impressive either. Service: Quite disappointing. The staff seemed very unbothered. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, I had to wait around 10 minutes just to place an order. Then came the real surprise—25 minutes for two specials, with hardly any customers. That wait was completely unnecessary. Hygiene: This was the worst part. The tables and counters were visibly dirty. I had to ask two to three times for the table to be cleaned. When I asked for the third time, I was told to sit at another table—politely explained that all the tables were dirty. Conclusion: Overall, it’s not really worth going out of your way for. That said, it is a cheap meal, so if you’re nearby and just want something affordable, it might do—but don’t expect the authentic Savour Foods experience.

Had breakfast here today and honestly everything was so good. The chili cheesy paratha was delicious full of flavour but not heavy at all. The chana tasted fresh and went perfectly with it. The atmosphere was really nice too, very clean and well maintained. And the tea at the end was just amazing. Really enjoyed the whole meal!

I can’t believe I found the same authentic taste of Savour here in the UK that I used to enjoy so often during my student life at QAU, Islamabad. It instantly took me back to those days! Highly recommend this authentic Savour in Manchester — a perfect spot for families to enjoy.
