I can see why this place is so popular. Tried their pancakes and French toast, both were very tasty and the portions are huge, considering it's London. The Americano coffee was also very good. Recommended, worth the wait!

I would like to express my feedback about my experience I had when I was at that place last week on Thursday Firstly I went to the restaurant in Hackney Central called palaette for a girlie lunch meal with my girlies 🥰 we all went there for the first time as soon as we went in the staff who gave us a table was very polite at first , we’ve been approached very kindly and respectfully offered us to sit down at our table that he gave us for us to sit Secondly , he was kind enough to help one of my close friends which there was nothing wrong with that but his behaviour was nasty and vile didn’t expect someone like them to behave rudely towards their customers and the food we had was nice and delicious The drinks were amazing just loved the way they decorated the drinks After we was paying for the food and drinks we ordered the same staff gave us a incorrect and managed to resolve the problem gave me and my friends a correct money and it was so nice of the manager apologised from his behalf For the future reference teach your staff to be more respectful towards their customers and be mindful how they behave because we’ve noticed that his staff behaviour was unacceptable

Really lovely cafe. Very friendly staff who aim to please. Has a downstairs area and a small outside bit by front door. Food was plentiful, well cooked and reasonably priced. Choice of halal or not. Great variety of both food and drinks.

This is the second time I’ve come and it’s just as good as the first time. We were served by Saru, he had a great personality and serving skills. Will definitely be back!

This is honestly one of the best brunch places I’ve ever been to. I have been here probably 5 times now and the portions are extremely generous, the customer service is top tier they’re always so respectful, kind and attentive. The food is even better everything tastes so fresh. I always recommend this place to people I know.
