Exceptional customer service by Suman and Meriam at Haveli, Ilford. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their professionalism, patience, and friendly nature made our experience truly memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A real credit to Haveli — thank you both for such outstanding service.

We had a family meal today for dad’s birthday, party of 6 adults one child. The food was really good, one point knocked off for a few of the dishes being so spicy - and perhaps we should have said could we have mild spice when placing the order - but generally everything was flavorful and the food was of good quality! Portions were big too!! The service was amazing, Ali and the rest of the staff really were attentive and went above and beyond especially as there are no reservations and being a big group we called ahead and we were seated immediately on arrival. We would go back, but will just ask that they hold back on making every dish so hot next time 🥵

Our Pakistani friend took us to Haweli restaurant in Ilford for dinner. We had lamb and chicken curry, lamb biryani, various kebabs, it was delicious, and our first time having Pakistani food, we all loved it. Sumbul provided excellent service. She was very polite and hospitable.

It’s my second time and still The food was amazing like every time. And the staff and service was great. It was really quick and great respect for time and money. Worth it! And not that expensive at all. 5 star experience in affordable way. Will come again. Dishes we chose were garlic naan and chicken rosh

We were served by Ali Usama today – he was attentive and provided good service throughout our visit. Food: The food was the highlight of the experience. The mixed grill was cooked really well with lovely flavours, especially the grilled chicken – full of taste and nicely charred. The rogan lamb was also well-cooked and tender. The naan was soft and fresh – a great addition to the meal. Drinks: Unfortunately, the drinks didn’t quite meet expectations. The milkshake wasn’t very cold or thick – it lacked that creamy, indulgent milkshake feel. The strawberry mojito could’ve been less frothy and more refreshing. Atmosphere: This was the main downside. We were seated next to two very loud guests, which disrupted the overall vibe and made it hard to fully enjoy the meal. Overall: The food was very enjoyable, especially the mains and naan. However, the drinks need improvement, and the atmosphere wasn’t ideal on this occasion.
