Ordered here for the first time via uber since mcdonalds messed up my kids food for the 10000th time. Got two smash burgers (plain) and some mozz balls, curly fries and nacho cheese sauce. I put the nacho cheese sauce ON my burger because cheese is life and oh my god. It was so good. Ive not had a takeout that good in years. This will now be my regular for when i fancy a burger. Cheese pull on the mozz balls was also good. Curly fries were crispy and seasoned well 11/10 for the whole order. And it was still hot even though it took 20 mins to deliver with a guy on a bike.

ordered two buy one get one free deals on uber eats, with side street being quite close i expected the food to come relatively quickly, after waiting an hour we call the number provided on google, at this point they said that as they had this deal there was a extreme wait for the food and used words to the effect of “if you want you’re food you’ll have to wait” which i found as quite rude. we then continued to wait another 30 mins for in total 4 burgers 2 cans and some fries. when the order finally arrived the “cheeseburger” had hardly any cheese on them and a part of the order being fries had also not been delivered. Extremely disappointing and as we had been waiting such a long time when the food arrived we was very hungry and we had items missing and the food very very underwhelming.

Awful, huge hole in bag. Burgers look like they’d been thrown around. Sauce everywhere. Not to mention, the only food that wasn’t a mess, the chips, cold.

Nearly £20 for one meal off uber eats and the burger was soggy, cold and was falling apart. Didn’t taste super seasoned, but was insanely spicy. A messy and unsatisfying meal.

Me and my friends were very Dissapointed! Very small seating area, no queuing system, took 30minutes for cold fries and plastic hard cheese. Terrible service, didn’t even clean table. Expensive and loaded fries not even room temp CHEAP PLASTIC cheese. Pictures are fake and edited and small portions for £6.95. DO NOT COME HERE NOT WORTH IT! Straight out of Nashville’s is way better.
