I had the opportunity to go CIBO in Manchester, and I spent a pleasant time there between Christmas decoration, very festive, cocktails very warm atmosphere, I can say that CIBO one of the best restaurants I could try in Manchester. I had a carbonara dish that was excellent as well as olive appetisers with a forcaccia bread and their mocktail was delightful

Birthday celebrations, ordered the lobster dish, perfectly cooked with beautiful seasoning and spices. Desserts, matcha cheesecake and passion fruit cheesecake. Nice balance of sweet and sour for the passion fruit. For those that enjoy matcha drinks and cakes, the cheesecake hit the spot after the meal. Bathrooms were clean, cutlery and tables were just as good, and staff were attentive and brilliant at recommending dishes.

We didnt eat here which is unfortunate as if the service and quality of the cocktails were anything to go by we missed out! We had already eaten and asked if we were ok to sample some cocktails at the bar and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff are attentive without being too much, professional without being over baring and were all very competent in their roles and the way they went about their tasks was refreshing to watch. Looking forward to returning there for a meal soon. Lindsey

The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, service was impeccable and the food was excellent. My friend (who ordered the penne picanti) said she will think about this pasta dish for the rest of her life. I ordered the ceasar salad and the dressing was top notch. Gorg place for pictures ladies!!

super yummy, all the good was great. The lobster pasta was very flavorful and the deserts - pistachio cheesecake and tiramisu were also rich in flavor. The interior is very beautiful and device was nice and efficient🤩
