One of many branches of this brand in town. Have had food delivered and visited personally on many occasions and the food was phenomenal. Very good juicy burgers with tasty sauces. Staff were friendly and service was excellent. Will be coming back again definitely! Lacks abit of professionalism but we all learn every passing day. Request manager for precautionary measures to a avoid inconvenience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Not sure what happened to this place - the food used to be so good, it’s gone six feet under from when i used to be a regular customer from here. I ordered a value meal from here which is supposed to include - 3 pieces of chicken, 3 wings, fries and a drink. You would think this is an easy thing to complete considering 1. it’s not a big order 2. the value meal has been on their menu for as long as i can remember. Now, with these points in mind, you wouldn’t believe what happens next. Ordered on uber eats, the order came and there was 3 chicken wings missing. I called the restaurant, the man on the phone Bilal or whatever his name was, requested a name and address. I told him all of the above, including where i ordered - Uber eats. This man was unable to find my order and demanded an order ID. I told him what was in my order. You really would think that this would be enough.. Nope. Anyway, he ended up finding it a little while later, i told him my problem - missing wings. This man Bilal gave me this response - “HUH, the value meal has wings in it” ??? - he put me on mute for 5 minutes, came back and said the kitchen made a mistake, they didn’t know that the value meal had wings in it. ??? now i’m like what?? i’m so shocked at this point and i said oh okay, it’s on your menu and advertised on uber eats as this meal. the man sounded gobsmacked on the phone, now i’m pretty sure this is just all a joke to them.. let me elaborate.. after putting me on hold for 5 minutes, the entire takeaway being unsure of what they’re even advertising on their menu, he puts me on hold again and then says “we have no driver available at the moment, next time you order we will replace the wings” and then starts laughing and i can hear them all laughing in the background. now i’m muted again… i said ok, my name is *** and you can put that down for next time when i order, and i can just hear them laughing at me in the background and then he just hangs up the phone. i started to eat my chicken, and it’s rotten inside - its bloody and basically rotten (photo included). This experience with them is enough to make me never want to go back, not only was he rude and patronising, they will literally just laugh at you if it’s their mistake. not once did he apologise, offer a refund or to redeliver the next day. i’m very disappointed, really unsure what happened to this place, but i most definitely will never return. there is many many more takeaways that will actually value your hard earned money and service, please please please go there instead.
