California Crispy Chicken Oldham

Courier (Abdul) completely lacking in common sense. Needed to be explained multiple times that he was on the wrong floor, AND he had the pizzas packed sideways on. Photo attached of how it looked when opening the box.

I’m seriously frustrated with this place. I don’t know what’s going on, but the food is NEVER fresh. Every single time I order, it’s cold on delivery. I’m just asking for basic service—deliver fresh food! What’s the point of running a restaurant if you can’t even get that right? It’s honestly a waste of money at this point. Every experience has been a disappointment, and I’m honestly done giving them another chance. If you can’t handle the basics, maybe you shouldn’t be in the business.

0 stars if I had the option.

It is very very poor quality of food i order mix donner on nan but naan was very hard i cant even chew its looks like they give me week old nan margarita pizza was so horrible my 3 year daughter even said i dont like it  food came very cold i Order first and last time if got option i will give 0 star

Food freezing cold, didn't make pizza right paid extra for extra bits but never got them, chicken was freezing cold and the kebab meat was like rubber not happy at all been bad last 3 times iv used them

I've met the the boss/ manager, he is a very welcoming, humble and hospitable person who genuinely wishes to have an honest business.
Currently there are too many fraudulent refund cases on typical foods apps, which unethically take advantage of the refund process and affect the business and those who work hard to run it and who are trying to make a genuine earning for themselves.
Support the business - don't be a fraud.
