I ordered a chicken meal. The fries were okay—fresh enough and good in taste. However, the burger was very disappointing. The chicken fillet was extremely dry, tasteless, and seemed old. The lettuce also didn’t taste fresh. On top of that, the burger was cold even though I ate it just a few minutes after picking it up.

to be honest I've been reading all this comments about this shop ,and honestly I've read them after I've ordered so I want to give my honest opinion I've order through deliveroo and yes it came quick,the food was still warm and yes it was fresh ,I enjoyed the chicken burger and chips (I was going to take a pic but I finished it ) it was fresh like the taste was alright I would probably order it again and the shawarma chicken and doner I have to confess that it's indeed amazing the price was ok £6,50 plus £5,85 I think,I also got a drink and that... so all does comment I don't think they are now true because I tried it myself thinking it would be bad but it turned out to be alright. thanks

Courier (Abdul) completely lacking in common sense. Needed to be explained multiple times that he was on the wrong floor, AND he had the pizzas packed sideways on. Photo attached of how it looked when opening the box.

They can literally NEVER get an order right. I’ve been ordering for a few weeks now and every single time I SPECIFICALLY ask for hot sauce instead of mayo on my chicken burger. 3 weeks ago I got mayo, 2 weeks ago I got mayo last week I got mayo and I ordered today and they didn’t even give me ANY SAUCE. By the way, I asked for hot sauce all the times I ordered. I’ve been trying to give this place a chance but I have given up. The food is also bland to be honest. Wouldn’t recommend.
