Up there with the best Smash Burgers in the Greater Manchester region. Their selection is relatively small compared to similar establishments, but that is honestly a good thing. It means they are able to refine an already good thing and have it be the best version of itself. We've tried the Original Smashed on a prior visit, so this time we opted for the Double Mushroom Smashed Burger, which consists of two smashed patties and a layer of Mushrooms on top. This was exquisitely flavoured and the Mushrooms added a unique texture to an already great burger. Their portion sizes, and in particular of the chips, are generous. This is a good thing as the prices are a tad higher in comparison to other spots in Rochdale. They've also got some of the best "dirty" or loaded fries in Rochdale.

Went to Brisky’s Fast Food in Rochdale after hearing good things. I travelled from Manchester and tried the Veri Peri Loaded Fries, Veri Peri Burger, Spicy Chicken Burger and Classic Fillet Burger. Service was great, even though they were busy. I told them I was going back to Manchester so they packed the food with extra layers to keep it warm.Food was tasty and worth the trip. Five stars!

I ordered a smash burger meal, took a bit long to get the food but thats understandable as it was a busy time. The food was delicious absolutely no complains however I was disappointed to find the burgers being smaller than you would find at other places. Other than that no complaints and I will be coming back again to try their loaded fries.

Been here twice now, brought my cousins with me, we all got the be risky spicy burgers. Very nice chicken burgers, definitely not your average spicy burger, very soft and juicy chicken tenders, not like them cheap stringy tenders/fillet most places do. Nice level of spice to it, not something that’s going to burn your mouth like mad. The chips are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, definitely some of the best chips that come with a spicy burger , a lot of places give standard chips. The bill came to £39.50 for 5 people, which is £7.90 with drinks, definitely worth it for a good quality chicken burger. Will definitely be coming back here again.

The food is incredible. It tasted amazing, even though I came back a bit late to pick up the food from when it was ready. The only unfortunate thing about the place is the location it's in. If you go by car you will have a slight problem when it comes to parking or finding a decent spot to actually sit down while you're waiting for your food, when you don't plan on staying inside. It is a bit small inside when it gets busy, more often than not you'll be in your car. They do you give a little device where they beep you when your food is ready. That is handy but you have to be within good distance for the signal to reach you. Overall a pleasant experience and nothing will leave you disappointed, just care for parking spots. It's a bit hard to find
