In the cold, wet rain of Manchester, we sought refuge in this Black Milk dessert shop. The ice cream flavours were delicious! Especially the pistachio! Cosy, warm, atmosphere and lovely staff. Open late so super convenient for when you’re randomly escaping the northern torrential weather.

The atmosphere here leaves much to be desired, and their understaffing issues led to several customers walking out. Although the pistachio milkshake was excellent and carefully made, I noticed pancakes and cookies were heated in a microwave. Hire more staff, and this place could truly shine! It has the potential to be amazing.

Came for a vegan birthday treat. Girl at counter knew all the offerings and told me about them. Vanilla ice cream with Biscoff and Oreo. Tub or cone. Milkshakes. Oat milk coffee. Nothing fancy. Modern. Will be back.

Gaz was absolutely fantastic. I’m from the United States and have met plenty of baristas in both US and UK, and Gaz takes the coffee cake. Black Milk has wonderful cakes, bars, and sweets; along with lattes, espressos, and mochas. Look at this cookie cake with a scoop of gelato on top. Hats off and cheers to both Gaz and Black Milk. 🫡

This place is delicious, the service is always great! Best pancakes in Manchester The staff are the friendliest especially Georgia!! Would 100% recommend the Kinderella Pancakes
