Pitmaster is a must when visiting Manchester. The brisket ribs are succulent soft and tender and fall off the bone. We also got the brisket loaded fries in the bbq smokehouse flavour. It hit the spot and was a must. Next time I would just share a rib and get the loaded fries to share also as the portions are hefty. Service was good and the condiments to go with were amazing. Would recommend if you are in Manchester if not get down to Manchester and try anyway.

Had an amazing BBQ experience at this spot! The short ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, smoky, and packed with flavor — easily some of the best I’ve had. The loaded fries were the perfect side: crispy, cheesy, and topped with just the right amount of sauce. The staff were welcoming and made the whole visit even better. If you love BBQ, this place is a must-try!

They seriously know what they’re doing — the loaded fries and brisket are very good - some of the best I’ve ever had. Good vibes, plenty of seating, and really friendly service. They even threw in some extra fries on the house, which was such a nice touch. And trust me, you have to get a cookie — it’s good.

Visited this place, was relatively quite when we came in. Ordered briskets with fries, brisket on its own and a few burgers.. straight away after the first bite i found the brisket so dry.. it was either old brisket or the quality of meat was not good.. didn’t enjoy it at all.. left the burgers as the brisket put us off.. standards have definitely drop drastically. A place i once recommended to many would tell them to avoid until food quality is addressed.

Both the Loaded fries were ordered were the highlight for us! The shredded Rib pieces on top fries and Nacho cheese 😍 you can opt for different flavours which is a great concept! The Brisket also had so much flavour; just a joy to eat! We also really enjoyed the burgers! The melt burger had very soft and tender Brisket pieces and it went so well with the Peppercorn sauce; a very subtle peppery flavour. Again with this burger you can choose different flavours! Even the mac and cheese bites were so good! Probably the best we've had, so cheesy and creamy and good portion size!🤌🏽
