We started in on the wings and chicken patty early because we were hungry and because it was that GOOD. So excuse those pictures teehee. Food- 10/10 American comfort food. You are coming to this place to chow down on something warm and delicious. We got the Jamaican jerk chicken wings which were very Smokey and rounded. Chicken well done. The Cajun waffle fries were crispy and seasoned (extra points dipped in the jerk sauce). And the chicken patty was my boyfriend’s favorite. Great breading, delicious beautifully spiced filling. I was skeptical when we ordered but it was dang goood. We also tried the Mac and cheese with mango habanero chicken. Beautifully balanced with the sweet and spicy of the sauce with the cheesiest homemade Mac and cheese- DELICIOUS. The rice bowls also tasted like home cooking. No rice pilaf BS- this was real rice. The beef was our favorite- amazingly tender and flavorful. They didn’t skimp on the sauce- dare I say I might say light sauce next time (and there will be a next time!) Service- Amazing lady behind the counter. If you’ve been here before march you’re coming into a new restaurant cook now. She was absolutely wonderful. She let us try a bunch of the sauces which I can rank below. And chatted with us. Her and the other workers were super attentive and kind. I felt like I was in my mommas kitchen. Out of this world. Atmosphere- No nonsense vibes. It’s small in there with a few stools if you want to eat in. I’d recommend taking the short walk to Coney Island beach. Quintessential New York sandwich counter vibes but with cozier food. Sauce recs- (from phenomenal to good) Strawberry guochugang !!!!!!! Pinapple jerk !!!!!!! Lemon pepper (WET) !!!!!! Mango habanero !!!!!! Carolina gold !!!!! Spicy garlic honey !!! A lot of these sauces are house made btw. The first two sauces were FRESH. Absolutely mind blowing.

Love this place. A serious hidden gem (literally). I've tried quite a few wing flavors from here but nothing sticks like their lemon pepper and hot Buffalo (beware this one packs heat). This trip I got boneless because my beard is too long and well yea, no time for that mess 😂 Don't look elsewhere for wings, boneless or bone-in, tenders (you can get these wet, underrated choice) this is the spot!

As a Pakistani man from Buffalo, NY, I take my spicy food and wings seriously. As such, I am about to make a bold statement: These are the best wings I’ve had in NYC, and amongst the best I’ve had overall. I’m seriously blown away. I had the Coney Island Burn, my wife had the BBQ and Honey Garlic

Walking distance to where I'm living now. Worked in Coney Island when I was 14 in Steeplechase Park.
