A really nice place to have a coffee, take a break, enjoy something sweet and feel the beautiful atmosphere. The ambiance is very well cared for, the carrot cake is delicious, and the coffee is really good. Everything is spotless and with great attention to detail. They also have a small terrace outside in case you prefer to smoke or enjoy your tea or coffee outdoors. I’ll definitely come back for more, as besides coffee and cakes they also offer breakfast, lunch, and more. Tufayel served me, and he was truly kind and very friendly. Thank you.

I have just tried the Sicilian Pistachio bubble tea here at Tiam and the deliciousness is out of this world!! I sounded like a 6 year old using my straw to get every last one of the tapioca pearls - slurp!! The vibe here was so caim and chill with a fab decor and lovely service. Definitely coming back!

I wouldn't have come here all the way from my house which is 30min away. They told me I can't stay more than an hr since I was on my laptop if someone else comes in, I assume if people come here for a chat they would stay more than an hour. Understandable, but it's really awful that wifi wasn't shared when asked. They told me there was no wifi available for the guest when there's apparently two of them with an easy password lol. I would understand if this was given before I purchased the drinks. There were no people sitting in the entire time I was here. I would understand if the place was so busy. People should keep in mind this place isn't laptop friendly. The price of the drinks are not even cheap given 3pounds is normal price for a chai and I paid 4.5 here lol.
