⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience at 12th Street Burgers & Shakes! I absolutely loved my meal here — the service was top-notch from start to finish, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The restaurant itself was spotless, with a great atmosphere and super-clean tables and floors. My overall visit was simply amazing. It’s rare to find a place that balances delicious American-style smash burgers with impeccable service and cleanliness. Highly recommend this spot to anyone craving a top-tier burger experience—it certainly exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return!

Everyday the Taste the service and the ambience in the shop is getting better and better. Today’s food I ordered was Chicken Tenders (delicious), Coleslaw (loved it), Lemon Pepper Fries (outstanding), Nashville Chicken Burger (amazing) To be honest, If you live in ealing or nearby and still haven’t tried this restaurant, you are missing out a lot in food. Everything 10/10 as always.

Fair burger, TBH. Not expensive, nice staff. Cheesy, juicy, with good gherkins to balance it all out. Could do with little more sear but that’s prob just me. Tidy presentation but doesn’t look as nice as menu pictures. Much better than average!

Went in at 1AM they were still open 🙏. The gentleman was so patient with some other customers who were very loud and impatient, hats off to him. I ordered the single 12th street burger with onion rings. Not going to lie the burger could have been better but it wasn’t that good. Onion rings were very good. And we also had the BBQ chicken burger which was lovely with the fries . So overall I’d say a single is not worth if go for a double also I personally thought it had too much of a Meat texture if you know what I mean . But will definitely try something different there and find what works for me 🥳.

12th Street is a new addition to the already heaving Ealing burger scene. The bright colours and lovely American diner inspired interior beckoned me in to give it a go. Unfortunately the quality of the food couldn't quite match the neat decor and colourful menus. The burger was bland and meat dry. The bun did not seem fresh. The BBQ wings were ok, bog standard of the type you find in most burger shops. The hugely disappointing burger experience combined with the massively exaggerated prices for what you get would lead me to not recommend this place. It is overpriced for what you get (the quality necessitates half the price currently charged). For now at least, I'd recommend giving 12th Street a wide berth in favour of other places in the area.
