I recently visited Amigos Burgers & Shakes and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a burger, but when it arrived, it was clearly burned. The taste was overwhelmingly charred, making it nearly inedible. I had hoped for a delicious meal, but instead, I was left unsatisfied. I would recommend improving the cooking process to ensure that customers receive properly prepared food.

Ordered over £60 of food..... Only for it all to be drenched in strawberry lemonade! 😡😡😡 and useless UberEats support won’t issue a full refund. The workers at amigos didn’t pack the drink properly. They didn’t cling film the top like any other restaurant would. I have said this on many occasions when collecting food from Amigos. Unfortunately it seems like they just don’t understand 😡🤦🏼‍♂️ As the delivery driver had multiple stops before ours, all the food had been sitting in a pool of drink. It was all ruined! Waited over an hour and a half for this delivery only to not be able to eat it! 😡😡😡 I think it's safe to say I will NOT be ordering from Amigos again. I'm out of pocket and no dinner as well! 😡😡😡

First time at Amigo and it lived up to my expectations. It was very tasty. Burger The Boss 10/10.

Another amazing experience at Amigos. Ita always our go to place when we go to London, fresh tasty food, great service and very clean… what more could you ask for.. thank you Amigos. We will be back 🤩
